Accounting and HR Manager

Job Description

Granutools is a leading edge provider of instruments for powder flow characterization across many industries like pharma, additive manufacturing, new materials and food. The company is located in Awans nearby Liege and works with large industrial companies across the world.

Due to a strong growth, this small company is looking for a strong part time Accounting and HR manager to work in close contact with the managing director and external suppliers.

This is a combination of accounting, human ressources and general problem solving.

Main Responsabilities

  • Work with (not technical) suppliers like banks, lawyers, HR offices – select them and manage them
  • Manage HR matters, create contract for new employees and shortlist new candidates
  • Pick up new administrative matters and fix them, for example due to law/tax system change
  • Close the loop with external accountant
  • Process payments
  • Create management reports
  • Solve acute not technical issues

We are looking for

A self-motivated management level generalist with

  • Background in accounting or HR or business administration
  • Hands on approach to fix problems
  • Great communication skills (written and spoken French & English)
  • Energetic personality
  • Ability to work in an industrial environment
  • Great PC skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Interest to work in a fast growth company
  • University degree (problem solver mindset) or experience
