Screen bowl centrifuge dewatering process: A parameteric study - 2007

This study explores improving fine coal dewatering in screen bowl centrifugation. Factors affecting moisture content and clean coal recovery are analyzed using a three-level factorial experimental design. Results suggest that feed solid content and pool depth influence moisture content, while feed solid content and feed flow rate affect clean coal recovery, with notable interaction effects observed.
